At MODA Vi LLC, we're committed to delivering measurable value through our Civic Partner Program. This policy outlines eligibility, process, and details for obtaining a refund of your annual membership fee.


1. Eligibility

  • Active Participation: You must complete 90 days of active participation, defined as:
    • Logging in at least once per week
    • Attending any scheduled program check‑ins
    • Keeping your business profile information up to date
  • Qualified Leads: You must have received zero qualified leads or relevant introductions, where a qualified lead is:
    • A verified introduction to a decision‑maker in your target market who has expressed genuine interest in your services

2. Request Window

  • Refund requests must be submitted between day 90 and day 100 from your original membership purchase date.

3. How to Request

  1. Email support@modavi.me by day 100 of your purchase date.
  2. In your request, include:
    • Your business name
    • Original purchase date

No additional documentation is required.


4. Refund Details

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit‑card reversal or Stripe credit note) within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Scope: This is an all‑or‑nothing annual‑fee refund; prorated or partial refunds are not available.
  • Exclusions: Refunds will be refused if there is evidence of program misuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
